If you experience any problems with your Voller Energy fuel cell or battery charger system, support is available from our head office during UK opening hours (9am - 5pm GMT Monday to Friday) or through your local distributor.
In the first instance, please contact us via email at support@voller.com with the serial number of your Voller System (which is available from the menu on the unit or on the bottom of the unit on a white label) and a description of the problem you are experiencing. We will endeavour to respond to your query within 24 hours of receipt of your email.
